The Home is Best, Made in Africa International Exhibition is organised by PTMOF – Pelletier Teenage Mothers Foundation. PTMOF is a Non-profit organization that works with pregnant teenagers, Teen Mothers, with their Children in nurturing a positive mental health, physical and social development of traumatized young parents, helping them to re-integrate back into their communities.

In the year 2023, PTMOF intends to extend the knowledge of youth skilling and development from Africa to communities in Ontario targeting the youth and marginalised community members through show casing African special creations in Art, Crafts, Design, Culture, Food and Tourism.

About the Event

Made In Africa International Exhibition’s Objective Is To Promote African Products And Services By Africans On The Global Market In Terms Of Art, Crafts, Design, Culture, Food And Tourism.

Many traders are engaged in exporting these products from the continent and destined to various parts of the world such as the America, Middle East, Europe and Canada is one of the biggest markets from African products. This market is starving for all products ranging from traditional dishes, crafts, African fabric (Kitenge), art, design, paintings, traditional dance and drama along with Literature. Conversely, there is one missing link – connecting this range of products to potential consumers.

The exhibition will be the springboard of the long-term connectivity plan as we connect Africans in Canada to African products back home. The time is now for an unwavering commitment from all to BUY AFRICA FOR AFRICA, so that we can grow our local industries, grow our entrepreneurial skills and support our own to grow and compete internationally.
